Korea’s reunification supported abroad

Pyongyang, January 25 (KCNA) — The Guyanese committee for support to Korea’s reunification issued a statement on Jan. 14 supporting the Korean people’s cause of national reunification.

The three charters for national reunification are the most reasonable and realistic proposals for the reunification of Korea, the statement said. If Korea is to be reunified at an early date, a fundamental change should take place in South Korea.
It said: “We will continue to extend full support to and solidarity with the Korean people in their struggle for the independent and peaceful reunification of the country.”
Terence A. Marryshow, political leader of the Maurice Bishop Patriotic Movement of Grenada, in a statement on Jan.
15 supported the stand of the DPRK toward the reunification of the country which was set forth in the joint editorial.
He demanded that the South Korean authorities change the anti-north policy of confrontation into a pro-north policy of reconciliation, pull down the concrete wall and abolish the fascist laws and repressive tools against democracy and reunification.
