Koreans’ cause of reunification supported abroad

Pyongyang, February 5 (KCNA) — Nepalese Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa, who is also Chairman of the Central Committee of the National Democratic Party of Nepal, on January 31 met with a delegation of the Workers’ Party of Korea headed by Choe Jin Su, Vice-Director of a Department of the Party Central Committee.

The Nepalese Prime Minister said that the struggle waged by the Korean people under the wise leadership of President Kim Il Sung to achieve the independence and sovereignty of the country gave a great encouragement to the Nepalese people.
The President’s exploits will shine forever, he noted.
He hoped that the Korean people would surmount all difficulties from the natural disasters and make great achievements under the wise guidance of General Kim Jong Il, who has successfully carried forward the revolutionary cause of President Kim Il Sung.
He stressed that the Nepalese people would support the policy of the Workers’ Party of Korea to reunify the country in an independent and peaceful way without outsiders’ interference and strive to develop the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and governments.
The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Jordan Communist Party, when he met with the DPRK Ambassador to Jordan who paid a farewell call on him, said that his party would in the future, too, continue to extend support and solidarity to the just struggle of the Workers’ Party of Korea and make every possible effort for the reunification of Korea, the cherished desire of the Korean nation.
