Reckless hostile acts must be discontinued

Pyongyang, September 20 (KCNA) — The Japanese authorities, describing the launch of an artificial satellite in the DPRK as a “missile launch,” are committing violent acts, threats and human rights violations against the organisations under the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), students of Korean schools and other Koreans in Japan.

Commenting on this fact, Rodong Sinmun today says:
A grave situation reminiscent of the time of the Kanto Great Earthquake in 1923 is being created in Japan.
The Japanese authorities are conniving at and fostering hostile acts against Chongryon organisations and Korean nationals in Japan, spreading “fear of missile.” This shows how inveterate, persistent and reckless their hostile policy toward the DPRK is.
All the Korean people are strongly denouncing with bitter resentment the hostile acts against the DPRK in Japan.
Even though violent acts against the Koreans in Japan are committed under any pretext or in any form, they will be a hostile act against the DPRK and an infringement upon its sovereignty.
If any slightest misfortune happens owing to the reckless anti-DPRK, anti-Chongryon moves in Japan, we will blame the Japanese authorities for it and make them pay dearly for it.
