Solidarity organization against “security law” called for

Pyongyang, October 24 (KCNA) — Democratic mass organizations including the South Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) and the National Alliance for Democracy and Reunification (NADR) are calling for the founding of the Seoul district pan-national solidarity organization with the repeal of “security law” as its target of struggle, said a report from Seoul.

The Seoul headquarters of the KCTU, the Seoul branch of the NADR, the Seoul headquarters of the National Alliance for the Country’s Reunification and other organizations will be involved in the solidarity organization.

When this organization is created, the struggle for the repeal of the “security law” will gain in scope and strength and pressure upon the conservative political forces will increase, the report said.
