Pyongyang, October 28 (KCNA) — The Chinese embassy here laid a wreath before the martyrs cemetery of the Chinese People’s Volunteers in Kaechon, South Phyongan Province, on October 27 on the occasion of the 49th anniversary of the entry of the CPV into the Korean War.
Present at the wreath-laying ceremony were Chinese charge d’affaires ad interim Li Bin and embassy officials.
After the wreath was laid in the name of the embassy, the participants paid a silent tribute to the memory of the martyrs.
Meanwhile, the friendship visiting group of the Chinese Communist Party laid bouquets of flowers before the tomb of Mao An Ying and the CPV martyrs cemetery in Hoechang County, South Phyongan Province before observing a moment’s silence.
