Pyongyang, November 7 (KCNA) — The Guyanese Committee for Supporting Korea’s Reunification issued a statement on November 2 demanding the repatriation of the unconverted long-term prisoners in South Korea to the DPRK.
The statement said it is a crime and shame for the world that the issue of the unconverted long-term prisoners in South Korea still remains unresolved.
It strongly demanded the South Korean authorities send back the unconverted long-term prisoners to the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, their homeland, without delay, not paying lip-service to “humanitarianism.”
It stressed that it would send firm solidarity to their unchangeable faith and will and positively support their just struggle.
