Japan’s moves for overseas aggression assailed

Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) — Rodong Sinmun today in a signed commentary describes the first drill for an “operation for rescuing” Japanese overseas in “emergencies in the surrounding areas” staged by the Japanese Maritime “Self-Defense Force” on Nov. 7 as one intended to take part in a second Korean war.

The Japanese reactionaries seek to send their aggression forces to the Korean peninsula on the pretext of “rescuing” Japanese in South Korea in an “emergency” on the peninsula, the commentary says, and goes on:

The Japanese Prime Minister who is commander-in-chief of the militarist forces is invested with the right to command the “operation for rescuing” Japanese. This is an indication that he will hurl three services of the “SDF” into the Korean front on the plea of “rescuing” Japanese.

The drill of the “operation to rescue” Japanese overseas staged by the Japanese maritime “SDF” in the wake of working out the “programme for rescuing noncombatant forces” in an “emergency” on the Korean peninsula proves that the Japanese militarists’ scenario for reinvasion of Korea has been put into more concrete shape and has gone over to a practical phase.

The Japanese reactionaries, obsessed with their wild ambition for reinvasion of Korea, are digging up their own graves without discretion.

If they reinvade Korea on the pretext of “rescuing” Japanese overseas, it will lead them to self-destruction.
