Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) — Pak Song Chol, member of the political bureau of the central committee of the Worker’s Party of Korea and Honorary Vice-President of the presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK, today met and had a friendly talk with the delegation of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea headed by Candido Muatetema Rivas, its deputy secretary general, at the Mansudae Assembly Hall.
Present there was Pak Kyong Son, vice-director of a department of the C.C., the WPK.
Candido Muatetema Rivas asked the vice-president to convey the greetings to General Secretary Kim Jong Il from the chairman of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea who is its founder.
He said that the ties of friendship between the two countries and parties of Equatorial Guinea and the DPRK have grown stronger and developed as days go by. He stressed Equatorial Guinea will as ever make all efforts to develop the relations between the two countries.
He expressed full support to the Korean people’s struggle against foreign intervention and for the independent reunification of the country.
