Orientation of anti-“government” struggle to remain unchanged

Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) — Tan Pyong Ho, chairman of the South Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, reportedly declared at a press conference held on Nov. 23 that the “KCTU’s orientation of anti-‘government’ struggle would remain unchanged.”

Now that the wrong labour law is still in force and labour administration largely remains undemocratic in South Korea, the KCTU will focus on the struggle to set them right, he said, and went on:

The KCTU will remain an organization representing the will of the toiling masses and spearhead the struggle for its realization and consider it as one of its main tasks to struggle to have the interests and demands of the peasants, the urban poor and the ordinary people met.
