New Blood-clarificant Developed

Pyongyang, August 27 (KCNA) — Researchers of Kim Il Sung University in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea has developed a new blood-clarificant.

It selectively absorbs and removes from blood etiological elements of diseases such as autoimmune allergic diseases, hyperlipemia, cerebral thrombosis and diseases caused by medicinal poisoning and radioactive contamination.

The widely used blood-purifying adsorbents are applied to plasma.

But the newly developed blood-clarificant absorbs only the etiological elements in all blood.

It does not need any auxiliary facilities for the centrifugation of blood into plasma and blood corpuscles.

The Kim Man Yu Hospital, South Phyongan Provincial People’s Hospital and other hospitals have applied it to hundreds of patients on trial basis, proving that its efficacy is 80 percent.

The blood-clarificant was highly appreciated at the 8th National Exhibition of Inventions and New Technologies held some time ago.
