Pyongyang, September 1 (KCNA) — The U.S. imperialists perpetrated at least 180 cases of aerial espionage against the DPRK in August, according to a military source.
A U-2 took off a U.S. air force base in south Korea at about 11:15 on August 31 and made a long shuttle flight from east to west in the sky above areas along the Military Demarcation Line to spy on the targets in the depth of the DPRK.
On Aug. 23 when the aggressive joint military exercise Ulji Focus Lens-04 started, eight strategic and tactical reconnaissance planes were involved in spying on the DPRK and seven on Aug. 24.
The reckless aerial espionage clearly indicates how desperately the U.S. imperialist warmongers are working to mount a preemptive attack on the DPRK and stifle it by force of arms.
