Indian Diplomats Help Korean Farmers

Pyongyang, June 30 (KCNA) — N. T. Khankhup, Indian ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of the Indian embassy helped the DPRK-India Friendship Kalchon Co-operative Farm in South Phyongan Province in weeding bean field Wednesday.

During a break, they enjoyed an art performance given by the schoolchildren and conversed with the farmers, deepening the friendship.

The Indian ambassador wished the farmers greater success in the agricultural production, noting that the DPRK is focusing its efforts on agriculture this year.
That day the guests handed aid materials to the farm.
