Strategic Flexibility of U.S. Troops Flailed in S. Korea

Pyongyang, July 17 (KCNA) — Members of the People for Achieving Peace and Reunification, an anti-war peace organization in south Korea, reportedly held a demonstration in front of the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Seoul on July 13 in protest against the “strategic flexibility” of the U.S. troops in south Korea.

They contended that if the “flexibility” is allowed, peace in the Korean Peninsula will be threatened and south Korea will be involved in a war to be launched by the U.S. troops in Northeast Asia.

As a result, the existence of the Koreans will be seriously endangered, they said, calling for waging a struggle to check the “strategic flexibility” of the U.S. troops.
