Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) — The book “General Review on Resources for Naturopathy in DPRK” was published in the DPRK.
The book in five volumes deals with those areas of spas, mud, streams, climate and landscapes favorable for disease treatment in different parts of the country.
Vol. 1 (Spa Resources) gives a full detail of the number and locations, components and therapeutic values of spas.
Vol. 2 (Mud Resources) expounds on the locations of mud resources across the country, their qualities, characteristics and therapeutic effect on diseases.
Vol. 3 (Stream Resources) gives scientific answers to making effective use of stream resources for improving the health of working masses, while systematizing the remedies based on the resources.
Vol. 4 (Resources for Climatic Treatment) features the history of climatic treatment, successes achieved through the study into it and the world’s trend toward it as well as methods of climate treatment.
Vol. 5 (Landscape Resources) gives publicity of scenic spots with clear seasonal changes and diverse fauna and flora resources, which are helpful to improving human health.
