Pyongyang, May 8 (KCNA) — The delegation of the China Institute of Contemporary International Relations headed by Vice-President Fu Mengzi visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung.
Being briefed on the revolutionary history of the President and the patriotic career of his family, members of the delegation looked round the historic relics preserved with much care at the old home in Mangyongdae.
They visited revolutionary historic relics on Mangyong Hill.
After the visit Fu Mengzi said:
Family members of the President with the noble intention of loving the country, nation and people dedicated themselves to the struggle for the country’s independence. I came to know about the Korean people’s profound reverence for him, seeing a lot of people from all walks of life, youth and students and service personnel visiting Mangyongdae.
The guests also visited the Tower of the Juche Idea, Grand People’s Study House, Munsu Water Park, etc.
