Kim Jong Un’s New Year Address Supported by Foreign Organizations

Pyongyang, January 20 (KCNA) — Thai and Romanian organizations released statements on January 7 and 11 supporting Marshal Kim Jong Un’s New Year Address.

The Thailand-DPRK Friendship Association said:
HE Kim Jong Un called this year a significant one when the Seventh Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) would be held and underscored the need to concentrate all the efforts on building an economic giant to bring about a fresh turn in developing the country’s economy and improving the people’s standard of living.
He clarified the stand of the WPK and the DPRK government to further strengthen solidarity with the peoples of the world who are opposed to aggression and war, domination and subordination, and develop relations of friendship and cooperation with all the countries that respect the sovereignty of the DPRK and are friendly to it.
The Romanian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea noted that Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the WPK, in his New Year Address reviewed the victory and successes achieved by the heroic Korean people last year and indicated the goal to be attained in the new year.
In particular, he set forth a proposal to improve the inter-Korean relations and solve the issue of Korea’s reunification with great national unity.
We fully support his New Year Address.
We will further dynamically wage the solidarity movement supporting the Korean people in their just struggle this year, too.
