Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) — A catfish cooking competition in the public catering field of Pyongyang took place at the Pyongyang Noodle House on January 20 and 21.
The competition held under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the Korean Association of Cooks brought together 40 units in the fields of public service and external service.
The competition was divided into panels for preparing fixed dishes, fresh ones and smoked catfish.
Highly appreciated there were catfish soup and steamed catfish, etc. for their delicate and tasty flavor.
Okryu and Chongryu restaurants, Yanggakdo International Hotel and Central District General Restaurant separately placed first in the competition.
