U.S. Urged to Accept All Proposals of DPRK: French Organization

Pyongyang, January 25 (KCNA) — The U.S. should unconditionally accept all proposals of the DPRK for stopping its nuclear test and concluding a peace treaty in return for the U.S. halt to joint military exercises.

The France-Korea Friendship Association said this in a statement on January 16.
It went on:
A spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry in a statement on January 15 clearly indicated again the stand of the DPRK on the said proposals.
The U.S. is insisting on the only precondition favorable to it, claiming that it would not exclude dialogue with the DPRK.
The U.S. is asserting that the DPRK is to blame for taking concrete measures for the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and making all provocations.
Dialogue is the only way for peace in the peninsula.
