Pyongyang, January 28 (KCNA) — The People’s Progressive Party of Nigeria sent a letter to the DPRK government on Jan. 20 in congratulation of the successful first H-bomb test of Juche Korea.
The letter said that the party received with pleasure the news that the DPRK succeeded in its first H-bomb test.
It went on:
The DPRK succeeded in its first H-bomb test, demonstrating its mightiness before the world.
We extend warm congratulations to the DPRK on its event to be handed down in its national history and express full support for the DPRK who is bolstering up its deterrent as an independent and sovereign state.
No country has the right of pulling up an independent and sovereign state over its bolstering up of its deterrent.
We extend full support once again to the DPRK’s proposals for ensuring peace and security in the Korean Peninsula and the rest of Northeast Asia including the proposal that if the U.S. suspends joint military drills the DPRK will put a moratorium on the nuclear test and the proposal for concluding a peace treaty.
