First Fishing Campaign Begins in West Sea of Korea

Pyongyang, February 25 (KCNA) — First fishing campaign began at fishery stations in the west coastal area of the DPRK as part of the 70-day campaign to greet the historic Seventh Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea with unprecedented labor achievements.

A ceremony took place at the Nampho Fishery Station to give a good send-off to fishermen on Feb. 25.
At fishery stations including the Kamapho Fishery Station under the North and South Phyongan provincial fishery management bureaus, scores of fishing boats left their anchorages for fishing grounds.
