S. Koreans Demand Stop to U.S. Forces’ War Exercises against DPRK

Pyongyang, April 7 (KCNA) — Residents in Phochon City, Kyonggi Province of south Korea who live around the firing range of the U.S. forces present in south Korea waged a protest action to demand a halt to their war maneuvers against the north, according to the south Korean Yonhap News on April 4.

On April 3 the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces exploded misfired shells near the residential area despite the strong opposition of the residents.
Enraged at this, the residents launched a sit-in strike demanding the U.S. forces side’s apology.
