Pyongyang, April 7 (KCNA) — A week of film show opened in the DPRK to celebrate the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (the Day of the Sun).
“Always in Hearts of Mankind” and other Korean documentary films will be shown at the cinemas and cultural houses in the city and other parts of the country during the period. The films deal with the revolutionary career of the President.
Also screened there will be “Star of Korea”, “The Sun of the Nation”, “A Summer at Hwasong Uisuk School” and other feature films.
An opening ceremony took place at the People’s Palace of Culture on Thursday.
Present there were officials concerned, creators and artistes in the field of film art and Pyongyangites.
At the end of the ceremony the participants watched documentary film “Our Leader Being Praised by All People”.
