Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) — There took place a meeting in Iceland, a remembrance meeting and book and photo exhibition in Germany and a stamp show in Serbia on April 5 to mark the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung.
Displayed at the venues of those events were photos documenting the exploits of Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.
Also on display there were their works, and books, photos and stamps introducing the struggle of the servicepersons and people of the DPRK.
Jon Arni Halldorsson, general secretary of the Iceland-DPRK Friendship and Cultural Society, said the exploits performed by the President on behalf of the times and humankind would shine forever, praising him for making great contributions to the cause of Korea’s reunification and the cause of global independence after embarking upon the road of revolution in his teens.
The chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany said the President built a genuine paradise for the people in the DPRK and wisely led it to dynamically advance along the road chosen by it despite any storm and stress.
He was convinced that the servicepersons and people of the DPRK will adorn the Seventh Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea as the one of victors and realize the desire of the President without fail under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un.
