Mirae Shop Opened to Guests

Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) — Mirae Shop newly built on the bank of the Pothong River in Pyongyang was opened to guests early in April.

The shop, an embodiment of the principle of convenience and architectural beauty first, stores electronic appliances, daily necessities including cosmetics, foodstuffs, etc.
Ko Tong Sik, a researcher of the State Academy of Sciences, said:
All goods in the shop are very excellent, so I and my family could hardly choose what we should have to buy. Such splendid shop was built for us scientists thanks to the Workers’ Party of Korea’s idea of attaching importance to science and talents. I will do my best to repay the loving care shown by the WPK for scientists with more scientific achievements.
Kim Hwa Suk, wife of Jon Il Ho, chief of a research institute of Kim Chaek University of Technology, said:
My family moved to a luxurious flat in Mirae Scientists Street completed under the loving care of the WPK for scientists last year. And today, Mirae shop opened to us scientists thanks to the loving care.
I will devote myself to materializing the WPK’s idea of attaching importance to science and technology.
