Foreign Media Observe Day of Sun

Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) — Foreign media praised President Kim Il Sung’s exploits on his birth anniversary (the Day of the Sun).

An article titled “On the occasion of the 104th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung” the Syrian newspaper Nidal Al-Palyahin on April 6 said that he was a great man who founded the Juche idea and indicated the way for humankind.
He rendered material aid and moral support to the African countries’ national liberation struggle, anti-imperialist struggle and building of a new society out of his broad magnanimity and noble internationalism, it noted, and went on:
Though he passed away, his idea and cause shine as ever as the sun.
Daily Industry of Bangladesh on April 5 carried an article titled “Beaming face” illustrated with photos of Kimilsungia, the flower of the sun, the Arch of Triumph and a panoramic view of Pyongyang City.
The article noted:
President Kim Il Sung was a prominent statesman and peerlessly great man as he built the DPRK into an invincible socialist country and made tangible contributions to the cause of global independence.
He was admired by heads of state and prominent figures of many countries irrespective of their political views and religious belief.
Renaissance Radio of Guinea introduced Kimilsungia in full bloom around the world to praise the great man, twice a day from April 4 to 10.
