DPRK Student Proves Successful at Int’l Program Contest

Pyongyang, April 16 (KCNA) — Mun So Min, a student of Kim Chaek University of Technology in the DPRK, got 1,000 points, the highest mark, at Codechef Internet program contest.

The contest, held on April 1-10, brought together 6 370 coders from 80 countries, including Germany, Russia and India.
Students of the university have participated in Codechef since 2013, winning the titles for 10 times.
This year alone, they have proved successful at different international program contests like “ByteCode 2016” attended by 282 teams and Indian Programming Community (IPC) ACM ICPC Preparatory Series.
