Kim Il Sung’s Exploits Lauded by Russian Newspapers

Pyongyang, April 18 (KCNA) — Russian newspapers dedicated special write-ups to the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung from March 31 to April 5.

Khabarovski Express edited an article titled “Iron-willed commander” illustrated with a portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung.
It said:
It is the unprecedented miracle that the DPRK won victory in the past Korean war by smashing the aggression of the U.S., which boasted of being the “strongest” in the world, and its followers. This goes to the credit of Kim Il Sung, founding father of socialist Korea.
Clark who was the then commander of the “UN Forces” confessed that the army of North Korea registered success thanks to the competent commandership of General Kim Il Sung.
Officials of the Pentagon and the U.S. Department of State lauded Kim Il Sung as the outstanding great man and master of military affairs.
Komsomolskaya Pravda allotted one whole page to an article titled “Eternal sun” accompanied with a portrait of smiling Kim Il Sung and his photos.
Komsomolskaya Pravda Vladivostok carried an article titled “A model internationalist” illustrated with photos dealing with Kim Il Sung’s external activities.
