Pyongyang, May 6 (KCNA) — Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), received a congratulatory message from Pierre Ngolo, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Congolese Party of Labor, on April 30.
The message extended the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un on behalf of Chairman Denis Sassou-Nguesso and on his own behalf on the occasion of the Seventh Congress of the WPK to be held on May 6, 2016.
The congress would be of important significance in the advance of the WPK, the message noted, adding:
The congress would review precious achievements made by the WPK in the drive for the wellbeing of all the Korean people under the outstanding leadership of Kim Jong Un and provide a solid foundation for building the DPRK to be thriving and developing in a modern way.
The message expressed the belief that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two parties and two peoples would as ever grow stronger.
Warmly congratulating the delegates of the congress, the message wished Kim Jong Un greater success in his work.
