Pyongyang, May 6 (KCNA) — Kim Jong Un, first secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), received a congratulatory message from Justin Lumumba, secretary general of the Uganda National Resistance Movement, on May 2.
The secretary general in the message extended the warmest greetings to Kim Jong Un and the Central Committee of the WPK on his own behalf and on behalf of the Uganda National Resistance Movement on the occasion of the Seventh Congress of the WPK.
The WPK’s devoted efforts for the Korean people as the ruling party has performed the pivotal role in defending the sovereignty of the DPRK and achieving its economic development, the message noted.
Expressing belief that the congress will mark an important occasion for strengthening the party and building an economic power, the message hoped that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties would develop on good terms in the future, too.
The message wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and his party prosperity.
