7th Congress of WPK Celebrated in DPRK Embassies Abroad

Pyongyang, May 26 (KCNA) — Events took place in the DPRK embassies in foreign countries to celebrate the 7th Congress of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK).

They included receptions, Korean photo and book exhibitions and film shows in Cambodia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Venezuela, Brazil, Germany, Austria, Uganda, South Africa and Algeria from May 16 to 21.
On display at the venues of the events were photos dealing with the exploits of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and Marshal Kim Jong Un.
Also displayed there were their works, and books and photos introducing the army and people of the DPRK who turned out in the all-out onward campaign for winning the final victory.
The participants of the film shows watched the Korean films “Grand Celebration of 70th Founding Anniversary of Workers’ Party of Korea in Presence of Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un”, “Masikryong Ski Resort”, “Songdowon International Children’s Camp” and “Pyongyang Today”.
The general coordinator of the Federal Secretariat of the United Left Party of Venezuela said that Kim Jong Un’s election as chairman of the WPK reflects the boundless trust of the Korean people in him who made immortal contributions to the Korean revolution and accomplishment of the cause of global independence.
The vice-president of the Party for Free Motherland of Brazil said that nobody can match the Korean people who wholeheartedly follow their leader and are closely united around him.
The deputy prime minister of Uganda said that Kim Jong Un who is identical to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il was elected chairman of the WPK and therefore the single-minded unity of the DPRK, the unique one in the world, would be more firmly consolidated.
