Ethiopian Youth Organization Condemns S. Korean Authorities’ Abduction of DPRK Citizens

Pyongyang, May 27 (KCNA) — The Addis Ababa Youth Association of Ethiopia on May 17 made public a statement in denunciation of the south Korean authorities’ abduction of the DPRK citizens.

The statement said:
The association can hardly repress resentment at the heinous abduction of the DPRK citizens by the south Korean authorities in daylight in April.
This is a serious politically-motivated provocation against the DPRK and a hideous crime violating human rights.
The south Korean authorities turn down the request of the families of the abductees for face-to-face meeting with their daughters and detain the abductees in solitary cells to keep them away from contact.
The association denounces the south Korean authorities’ inhuman act as a crime violating the elementary human rights.
We demand the south Korean authorities send the DPRK citizens back to the folds of their families as soon as possible and make an apology.
