Korean Nation Will Certainly Win Victory in Efforts for Reunification: Nigerian Organization

Pyongyang, June 16 (KCNA) — The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism posted on its website an article on June 10 on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of the June 15 joint declaration.

The article enumerated the facts that the north-south summit was provided in June, 2000, 55 years since the country’s division, and the June 15 North-South Joint Declaration was adopted there and the era of independent reunification was ushered in amid the ardent support and sympathy by not only the Korean nation but also the international community.
The article went on:
Such world-startling changes made in the north-south relations are the brilliant fruition brought about by the June 15 joint declaration in which both sides committed themselves to achieving the country’s reunification and prosperity common to the nation by the concerted efforts of the Korean nation.
However, the present south Korean authorities took the lead in the international sanctions racket against the DPRK by taking advantage of the policy of the U.S. which pulled up the latter over its measures for bolstering up its self-defensive capabilities and space development for peaceful purposes, and completely cut off cooperation between NGOs.
Today the Korean nation is waging a nationwide struggle for maintaining the June 15 joint declaration and ushering in an era of peace and reunification.
The Korean nation will certainly win a victory in their nationwide and patriotic struggle for building a reunified power.
