Kim Il Sung Remembered in DR Congo

Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) — The National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of Democratic Congo issued a special bulletin on June 23 on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung.

The bulletin in an article titled “Father of People” said:
Kim Il Sung, founder of socialist Korea, is praised by the people as the benevolent father.
He was, indeed, more of the great father responsible of the life and destiny of the people than the leader of a country.
He regarded it as his only duty, worth of life and happiness to take care of people in his lifetime.
It was thanks to Kim Il Sung who took warm loving care of the people that the DPRK has enforced the universal, free medical care and free education system since decades ago and the party and the state have made it the supreme principle of their activities to improve the people’s living standard.
He paid primary attention to and regarded it as the first state affair to provide the people with better living conditions.
When picturing the President, the father of people, one recollects with emotion the picture of him finding himself among children.
His tender-hearted image will always be cherished in the hearts of the progressives.
