Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) — The south Korean paper Media Today on Nov. 19 said that Ko Yong Ju, large stockholder of MBC and director general of the puppet Council for Promoting Broadcasting Services and Culture, spouted a flurry of sophism insulting those out in the actions for ousting Park Geun Hye, sparking off public uproar.
What is more intolerable is that Ko held a meeting of the board of directors of the council on Nov. 17 at which he said the participants in the candlelight rally are those mobilized and there is no citizen among them.
Meanwhile, the Press Trade Union said in a statement on Nov. 18 the reason why Chongwadae appointed such guys as directors of the above-said council was clearly revealed.
484 press scholars in a declaration on the situation on Nov. 17 said that the public broadcasting services controlled by the regime performed the function of a guard of the power.
