S. Korean Media Slams Conclusion of Agreement on Protecting Military Intelligence with Japan under U.S. Pressure

Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) — A south Korean online paper in an article on Nov. 23 said that the minister of Defense of south Korea and the Japanese ambassador to south Korea signed an agreement on protecting military intelligence at the Ministry of Defense building that day, and the agreement is similar to the one in 2012 that was scrapped just before ratification due to controversy over behind-the-door manipulation.

On the same day, the Ministry of Defense refused the coverage of the news by media under the pretext of opposition from the Japanese side, the article said, adding that the ministry’s resumed act of making the agreement unofficial is just the repetition of the same deed back in 2012.
The Park Geun Hye regime with no qualifications to operate the “state affairs” hastened the conclusion of the agreement under the U.S. pressure, the article noted.
