S. Korean Paper Rejects “Orderly Resignation” Touted by Conservative Group

Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) — The south Korean newspaper Hangyore on Dec. 3 carried an editorial rejecting the theory of “orderly resignation” the conservative group drew up to prolong Park Geun Hye’s presidency.

The editorial referred to a rumor being peddled to the effect that Park, much upset, agreed to accept the demand for “resignation in April” and attempted to publish another “talk to people”.
It said that the people wonder why on earth they should wait till April, adding:
The people are preparing another candlelight action.
Their candlelight will burn away Park’s crafty tricks and illusion of her political camp.
It will also demonstrate that any force can never survive if it is set to shape a policy overriding the people.
