Round-Table Talks Held in Various Countries

Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) — Round-table talks were held in Myanmar, India and Malaysia from Dec. 8 to 12 on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

The secretary of the Yangon Regional Committee of the Union Solidarity and Development Party of Myanmar lauded HE Kim Jong Il as an outstanding leader being boundlessly revered by the Korean people and the world progressives.
The general secretary of the Indian National Congress Party, the secretary of the National Council of the Communist Party of India and other speakers said that though Kim Jong Il passed away, his exploits for the times and humankind are shining.
The theory of Songun politics formulated by him serves as an invincible banner to firmly defend the sovereignty and dignity of the country and nation under the situation in which imperialists’ moves for stifling the DPRK are getting more undisguised, they added.
The secretary of the Malaysian preparatory committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu stressed that Kim Jong Il is always alive in the hearts of the people as he warmly loved them and devoted his all to them
