Pyongyang, December 23 (KCNA) — The south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions held a rally in Seoul demanding immediate resignation of Park Geun Hye and dissolution of the tycoons’ body and the “Saenuri Party” Wednesday, according to the south Korean newspaper Nodong and Segye.
2,000 odd members took part in the rally.
Speakers accused tycoons of flatly denying the suspicion of their involvement in the “Park Geun Hye-Choe Sun Sil scandal” at a hearing held at the “National Assembly” only to insult the angry workers and other people.
As long as the magnates go with impunity, the bi-polarization of society will continue and the exploitative structure of monopolistic capitalism gain more support, they added.
They demanded detention of the tycoons, repeal of the system of paying salaries according to piece rates and retrogressive revision of labor law, immediate resignation and detention of Park.
