Ground Jet Test of Korean-style High-Thrust Engine Is Historic Event: Rodong Sinmun

Pyongyang, March 30 (KCNA) — Shortly ago, the scientists and technicians in the field of national defense of the DPRK newly manufactured Korean-style high-thrust engine better than other engines of the last period with their own efforts and by relying on their own techniques and succeeded in its test at the first go under the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Rodong Sinmun on Thursday in an article says this marked a great event of historical significance as it declared a new birth of the Juche-based rocket industry that has definitely turned into a development-and-creation-oriented industry, and provided a scientific and technological foundation matchable to the world-level satellite delivery capability in the field of outer space development.
The article goes on:
The first H-bomb test was conducted at the beginning of last year to be followed by test-fires of different offensive means and the explosion test of nuclear warhead and the work for the preparations for the test-fire of the ICBM has reached the last stage. This has startled the world and stroke terror into the enemies’ hearts.
Kim Jong Un consolidated the arsenal of Songun revolution by pursuing outstanding leadership with pluck of Mt Paektu and far-sighted wisdom.
Otherwise, Korea might have suffered nuclear war disaster more than a hundred of times and the existence of the nation would not have been possible.
The U.S. imperialists introduced nuclear strategic assets to south Korea on a large scale to escalate the tension by staging the largest-ever war drills against the north. But it is none other than a bluff to cover up their uneasiness and terror in the face of the DPRK’s nuclear deterrent for self-defence and placate their poor stooges.
The best way for the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces to avoid the DPRK’s annihilating blow is to exercise prudence and self-control, not provoking the dignity and security of the DPRK.
