Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) — A spring tree-planting campaign is now brisk in the DPRK.
Officials and working people in Pyongyang City have planted more than 3.8 million trees at the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Site and Moran Hill and other resorts since the start of the campaign.
Those in Nampho City fulfilled the plan for tree planting by the end of March.
In North Hwanghae Province, tens of millions of trees were planted in areas of more than 12,600 hectares, including areas around roads and railways.
Such successes are reported from Kangwon, South Hamgyong and Phyongan and other provinces.
