Message of Sympathy to Russian President

Pyongyang, April 4 (KCNA) — Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK, Tuesday sent a message of sympathy to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation, as regards the terrorist bombing attack on the metro of Sankt-Peterburg City that claimed heavy casualties.

The message expressed deep condolences and sympathy to the Russian president, and through him, to the victims and their bereaved families.
It sincerely hoped that the sorrow of the bereaved families would be overcome and stability would settle there as early as possible.
