Dancing Parties of Youths and Students in DPRK

Pyongyang, April 9 (KCNA) — Dancing parties of youth and students took place across the country on Sunday to celebrate the 24th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il’s election as chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.

Dancing parties in the capital city of Pyongyang were staged at the plazas of the Monument to Party Founding, the Arch of Triumph and other places.
The participants danced to the tune of such songs as “Confetti of Wishes” and “Song of Youth” and other songs, recalling the exploits of Kim Jong Il who reliably defended the dignity and supreme interests of the country and the nation and developed Juche Korea into an invincible socialist power, always finding himself in the forefront of the revolution under the banner of Songun.
They were full of conviction that his patriotic desire for a powerful country would surely come true under the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
Similar dancing parties were also held in provincial seats, cities and counties on the same day.
