No-THAAD Campaign Mounts in S. Korea

Pyongyang, May 3 (KCNA) — No-THAAD campaign is mounting in south Korea, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Voice of People.

Since Won Buddhists launched an indefinite sit-in protest against THAAD deployment and for achieving peace on the Korean peninsula at the Kwanghwamun Plaza in Seoul on April 27, citizens of Songju and Kimchon of North Kyongsang Province and Seoul citizens have took part in the No-THAAD campaign.
The Peace Action of Ten Million People for Opposing War and THAAD Deployment was launched under the sponsorship of the Songju Emergency Measure Committee for Defending Holy Land of Won Buddhism at the plaza.
