Rodong Sinmun Slams U.S. Moves to Link Ransomware with DPRK

Pyongyang, May 29 (KCNA) — The cyber-attack ransomware happened in various countries of the world at same time about on May 12.

The U.S. raised groundless assertion that the DPRK was behind the cyber attack.
Rodong Sinmun Monday in a commentary terms the assertion vicious action to dampen the image and dignity of the DPRK and stifle it at any cost.
The U.S. seeks to link the case with the DPRK again, far from drawing a lesson in the hacking incident of the Sony Pictures Entertainment in 2014. This is aimed to make a pretext for escalating the sanctions and pressure upon the DPRK, the commentary says, adding:
It is none other than the U.S. to find a way out in the method of fabricating charade in a bid to accuse others whenever it is faced with crisis.
The U.S. is now making last-ditch efforts to put the largest military threat and blackmail and brutal sanctions and blockade upon the DPRK.
Whenever something shocking happens, the U.S. would make efforts to label the DPRK as criminal and justify the sanctions and moves to stifle the DPRK, but this brings to light only its true colors as evil empire and kingpin of fabrications.
And such moves will only harden the Korean army and people’s will to win in the final anti-U.S. confrontation.
