Pyongyang, June 4 (KCNA) — The conservative group of south Korea is now spewing out rubbish against the DPRK.
The coteries of the “Liberal Korea Party” and the “Parun Party” vied with each other in claiming that the “north commits indiscriminate missile provocations as the pro-north leftist regime took office in south Korea” and “this was prompted by the north’s confidence” that the U.S. would not attack the nuclear facilities of the north without consent of south Korea. They went to the length of blasting that “there would be no dialogue unless the north drops nuclear and missile programs” and “consistent sanctions and pressure should be imposed on the north”.
Meanwhile, conservative media spread opinions for confrontation that it is illusion to improve the south-north relations through dialogue,” “the south may be used for strengthening the nuclear arming of the north” and “a resolute message should be sent to the north”.
Minju Joson in a commentary on Sunday terms this a heinous anti-national racket for throwing cold water on the great expectation and ardent desire of the whole nation to improve the north-south relations and reunify the country and escalating confrontation with the north.
The commentary goes on:
Now that the strategic position of the DPRK is rising remarkably, many countries including neighboring countries are expressing their intention to come out for large-scale economic cooperation with the DPRK.
Positive movements for improving the north-south relations are brisk in south Korea amid the loud voices that the way for tiding over the security crisis, difficult economy and deteriorated people’s living caused by the conservative group for nine years of its office is nothing but dialogue, negotiation, exchange and cooperation with the north.
This eloquently proves how foolish and absurd the sycophancy toward the U.S. and cooperation with it persistently pursued by the conservative group are.
It is an irrepressible trend of the times to improve inter-Korean relations and the conservative group should be awakened from the foolish dream.
