Pyongyang, July 5 (KCNA) — A friendly gathering with a delegation of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation took place at the Central Youth Hall on Wednesday.
Present there were Jon Yong Nam, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League, officials of the youth league, youth and students and members of the delegation of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation led by First Secretary of its Central Committee Vladimir Isakov who is secretary of the C.C., Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
Jong Yong Nam warmly welcomed the delegation, saying that the Korean youth would as ever value the tradition of friendship between the two countries, boost solidarity with the Russian youth and struggle for the international justice and global independence under the banner of anti-imperialist independence.
Vladimir Isakov and other speakers said that the Korean youth who hold the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu in high esteem are the happiest youth in the world and they would more positively introduce the DPRK, the great country envied by the world, to the Russian youth.
Then a performance was given by the art squad of the Central Committee of the youth league.
