Chairmen of Trade Unions of S. Korea Vow to Realize Hike of Workers’ Minimum Wages

Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) — The acting chairman of the Confederation of Trade Unions and the chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of south Korea held a joint press conference at the Kwanghwamun Plaza in Seoul on July 11 vowing to realize the hike of workers’ minimum wages, according to the south Korean Yonhap News.

They said that they would carry on steady struggle without concession to realize the hike of the workers’ minimum wages.
The hike of their minimum wages should not be a precondition of their victims, they said, calling for holding negotiations by the standard desired by the people.
