Pyongyang, July 21 (KCNA) — Pyongyang Medical College of Kim Il Sung University in the DPRK has recently made tens of medical scientific achievements, thus contributing to the improvement of people’s health.
A research group of its ophthalmologic department developed a visual electro-diagnostic testing system which can diagnose ophthalmic diseases and estimate the state of treatment.
Its clinical research centre also completed the replantation of amputated arm, which had remained unexplored in the fields of microsurgery and plastic surgery.
And the pharmaceutical department issued a manual for the “DPRK Pharmacopoeia” (seventh edition) and made a new supplementary helpful to giving up smoking.
The medical sci-tech exchange company developed an anion generator, glasses for quickening the working of brain, etc., all of which favor sportspersons in relieving fatigue and raising their adaptability to games.
