Meeting of Koreans in Japan Held

Pyongyang, July 22 (KCNA) — A meeting of Koreans in Japan was held at the Korean Hall in Tokyo on July 20 to mark the fifth anniversary of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un’s congratulatory message to the participants in the conference of chapter officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon).

Present there were Ho Jong Man, chairman of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, officials of the Central Committee of Chongryon, leading officials of central organizations and businesses, chairmen of Chongryon chapters and officials of Chongryon in Kanto.
Ho Jong Man in his report at the meeting said that the message Kim Jong Un sent to the participants in the conference of officials of Chongryon chapters on July 20, Juche 101 (2012) serves as the encyclopedic guidelines which shows the strategic goals and tasks of the Korean movement in Japan and as an ever-victorious weapon which gives deep love and great strength and courage to the Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan.
He called for glorifying significant this year as a year of turning point to be recorded in history and conducting a dynamic general offensive toward the 24th Congress of Chongryon to be a new milestone in the movement of Koreans in Japan.
A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
