Zambian President Refers to Friendly and Cooperative Ties with DPRK

Pyongyang, September 4 (KCNA) — The Republic of Zambia and the DPRK have long-standing friendly and cooperative relations.

Zambian President Edgar Lungu said this when receiving credentials from DPRK ambassador Kim Chang Ryop on August 29.
The president stressed the need to boost the cooperation in the socio-economic field in the mutual interests of the two peoples.
The president asked the ambassador to convey the greetings of the government and people of the Republic of Zambia to the Korean people struggling to build a powerful country and achieve national reunification.
